Making a Musical

We follow the journey of a group of creatives developing a new musical to understand the existing models and structure in place for freelancers developing innovative and ambitious new work.
The process looks at the existing models of developing work, and offers a 'what if' way of working, to explore ways in which small interventions in the process at the right time, can produce an alternative model for developing new work that is more beneficial to those participating in the process.
